Senior Email Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities

  1. Serve as a product/service expert and technical lead on sales opportunities in the territory of APAC excluding Japan and Korea
  2. Lead pre-sales technical activities for prospect customers including technical presentation, demonstration, and technical Q&A supports
  3. Lead post-sales technical activities for contracted customers including resolving customer’s requirements and inquiries and issues for successful implementation
  4. Establish and maintain high-level knowledge of our products/services and the competitive landscape

Employment Condition

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Full-time

CORE WORKING HOURS

9:00am -6:00pm (Lunch time: 12:00am-1:00pm), Monday-Friday

TRAINING PERIOD

1-2 weeks in Japan (Additional 3-4 times in first year if required)

ANNUAL LEAVE

14 days in the first year (Max 20 days)

Desired Skills and Experiences

REQUIRED
  • Knowledge and skill for Linux server integration
  • Knowledge and skill for Email server (SMTP/POP/IMAP)
  • Knowledge about Web server (Apache) and DNS server
  • Experience of the integration or administration of Linux based open source MTA such as sendmail/postfix
  • High-level business communication skills with customers and our members
  • Language skills, both verbal and written (English and 1 or more languages)
  • Must live in Singapore with working visa (we don’t care about your nationality, race, age or region)
  • Willingness to travel through APAC
PREFERRED
  • Knowledge and skill for authentication technology
  • Knowledge and skill for database technology
  • Ability to generate new idea flexibly
  • Japanese Language skills
  • Willingness to work with us for a long term
